The Hibiki Set
Hibiki is a signature sakeware set of Miyama. The design of the tokkuri is slim and elegant, engaraved with sharp pattern resembling the cuts by a Japanese sword, which further highlights the slender shape of it. The practical design of the tokkuri mouth makes the moment of pouring very smooth and easy. The set comes with two ochokos with consistent design. Porcelain drinking vessels are suitable for serving sake of any temperature.

Miyama is located in the Minoyaki producing area consists of three cities where porcelain, especially white porcelain is produced.
Back in the middle of nineteenth century in Ori Inatsu cho, Mizunami City in Gifu Prefecture, the ceramic ware called “Risen-yaki” was created which was the first of the country. Miyama was born in this place in 1977, inheriting the art and spirit developed in this area.
