The Shizuku Set
In the world of sake, the term Shizuku speaks quality, premium craftsmanship. It refers to the traditional craft process of bag dripping which is usually used to make the most premium sake of the brewery. The shape of this katakuchi resembles a drop of sake during the dripping process. The set comes with 2 ochokos- one in blue (hand-painted in Gosu) and one in white which signifies the blue sky and the white cloud.

Miyama is located in the Minoyaki producing area consists of three cities where porcelain, especially white porcelain is produced.
Back in the middle of nineteenth century in Ori Inatsu cho, Mizunami City in Gifu Prefecture, the ceramic ware called “Risen-yaki” was created which was the first of the country. Miyama was born in this place in 1977, inheriting the art and spirit developed in this area.
