This is a special collection of Sasaki Brewery. The label is drawn by painter Hideki Kimura which signifies an art piece in the sake. It is dedicated to this collection of sake because it is considered to be crystal of the skill of the toji and the brewers. Both sake are fermented in low temperature to create a subtle and elegant taste. The red one is a Junmai Daiginjo while the white one is a Tokubetsu Junmai. They are both an elegant and pure display of their respective style with the red one being more ginjo fruitiness and the white one being refreshing and clean.
