This is a premium sake from Joyo Brewery. The sake is made of 100% Gohyakumangoku polished to 40%. The Toji selected only about 10% of the pressed sake to ensure only the finest of the extraction is used to make this sake. It has a aromatic fruists scent which is similar to pear and melon. On the palate, it is fresh with firm body, pure and clean with rich acidity that slowly spreads across the mouth. It is well-balanced and you will taste a mix of sweetness, spiciness and rice umami.
