The most premium sake produced by Hanamori Brewery. As with a Junmai Daiginjo, it has a refined Ginjo fragrance resembling peach and melon with a gentle mouthfeel. The initial sweetness quickly develops into a well-balanced flavor with the rice umami. Its acidity leaves a crisp, rounded and slightly dry aftertaste from the use of the local soft water. 

這支純米大吟釀39，是花盛酒造最頂峰的作品。使用精磨到39%的山田錦，和岐阜本地的軟水，加上酒藏對人手工序的堅持，釀造出細膩的吟釀香和豐富的米旨味兼容並包的佳釀。這支酒有滿滿的吟釀果香-清新的水蜜桃和蜜瓜香，入口細膩順滑，後段米的旨味湧現。充足的酸度令酒體達至平衡的境界。
