Hanazakiri 50 is a sake produced with Yamada Nishiki (seimai buai: 39%) as the Koji rice, and a locally bred rice Hidahomare (seimai buai: 50%) as the main sake rice. It is subtle and delicate like spring-time flowers that are starting to bloom. The scent is gentle and fragrant like apple and fresh banana. Give it some time, it will unveil itself from an initial tightness felt in the mouth with an exquisite acidity and develop into a hint of joyful sweetness which can linger in your mouth for a little while.
花盛50使用精磨到39%的山田錦製麴,以及精磨到50%- 當地培育的飛驒譽米作原料米來釀造。風格青澀細膩,有清新的蘋果和生香蕉的香味,入口淡麗辛口,後段有一絲微甘在口腔徘徊。
