This Nishijin Tokubetsu Junmai is so versatile that it is so accommodating in food pairing.
This dish is so simple to prepare, and it's a perfect match with this sake which both complement and enhance one another.
鮭のホイル焼き (Sake no Foil yaki/Steamed salmon)
Ingredients:
Salmon 1 slice
Shimeji mushroom 15g
Enoki mushroom 15g
Butter 20g
Soy sauce 1 tbs
Cooking sake 1 tbs
Salt and pepper
1) Put one slice of salmon on aluminium foil
2) Put Shimeji mushroom and Enoki mushroom on the salmon
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper
4) Put soy sauce, booking sake and butter
5) Wrap everything with the aluminium foil
6) Put it on a pan
7) Put room temperature water and cover with the lid to steam
8) Leave it for 15 minutes with middle fire
