The Miso Man

What go best with a strong and punchy sake? Cannot think of a better candidate than miso.

Of course you can just scope out some miso paste from your fridge and that can turn into a delicacy with a bottle of rich and flavourful junmai (like the junmai genshu from our October box!) But in case you also want to serve a nice izakaya type of dish with this sake, please check out this simple (and healthy) recipe.
